// WHAT THIS IS

You write down what happened. Ten rounds a page. Result, one thing you did right, one thing to fix. A few words each.

Every fifth page you stop and read back. That is where the pattern shows up — what worked, what you could not hold, what was true before the good rounds, what was happening before the tilt, and what is keeping you hardstuck.

// HOW IT WORKS

01

SET COLD, BEFORE YOU QUEUE

Every page opens with three decisions you make while you're calm: the game, your game cap, your loss limit. You set them before the first queue and leave them alone once you start.

02

ONE ROW PER GAME

After each game: result, one thing you did right, one thing to fix. Thirty seconds. The experiment field at the bottom holds what you tried this session and how it landed.

03

EVERY FIFTH PAGE, READ BACK

A review block sits after every fifth log page. You read your own last five pages before you fill it in. Fifty rounds of your own play, in your own handwriting, is a record no replay can give you.

// INSIDE THE BOOK

The Long Climb session log page — ten rounds, SET COLD, experiment field The Long Climb review block page The Long Climb baseline page The Long Climb season review page

68 pages. 6×9. Wire-O bound so it lies flat next to a keyboard. Matt cover, no motivational quotes, nothing you'd hide when your duo comes over. A baseline page at the front, a season review at the back that reads against it — and the next book starts where this one ends.

// WHY THIS EXISTS

You can review a game. Watch the replay, find the misplay, know exactly what went wrong in that round.

What a replay will not show you is whether the same mistake keeps arriving at the same point. Whether your bad games have something in common that has nothing to do with mechanics.

Every serious sport built a review layer decades ago. Training logs, film sessions, planned recovery. Ranked has none of it. You queue, it goes badly, you queue again.

The difference at the top is rarely who tilts. It is who gets back to level faster.

// WHO THIS IS FOR

The player who's climbing, in any ranked title — the columns don't care if it's Valorant, League, CS2, Rocket League, or Overwatch. If you queue ranked most nights and care where you land, this was built for you.

If you play casually — an hour here and there, no rank on the line — this is the wrong buy. It'll sit there half-filled and judge you from the shelf. Get the deck instead, or nothing.

// QUESTIONS

How long until it arrives?

Each copy is printed when you order it. US shipping is free and most orders arrive within 10–14 business days — checkout shows your estimated delivery date before you pay.

Is this the same thing as the Tilt Reset deck?

No — they're two halves of one system. The deck is for the moment: something you reach for between games when a session is going sideways. The log is for the pattern: fifty sessions of your own record showing you what those moments have in common. Each works on its own. Together they cover the night and the season.

Does it only work for one game?

Any ranked title. The sample page happens to show a Valorant session, but every column — result, K/D/A, role, what you did right, what to fix — is game-agnostic. Start a new page when you switch games.

Buying it as a gift?

It reads as gear, not as a message. Black cover, tactical layout, no inspirational quotes anywhere in it. If you're shopping for a ranked player, this and the deck are the two things built to actually get used — the full gift rundown is at the gift page.

You already know what your last five sessions felt like.

Do you know what they had in common?
